Victor is the founder and managing partner of Affix Partners.
Victor has more than thirty years of commercial and investment banking experience in the fields of M&A advisory, debt & equity capital market and corporate restructuring. For the past fifteen years, Victor has worked extensively across many industries throughout Latin America, Europe and the U.S. markets.
During his vast experience in the financial services industry, Victor served as executive director for corporate and investment banking for Standard Bank, the largest South African bank. Prior, he served as executive director for Citibank in many roles including head of public sector banking, executive director of branded consumer & healthcare, global relationship bank head for Brazil and head of risk analysis division. He was selected to be part of the asset and liabilities executive committee.
Before entering the financial industry, Victor served as budget control at General Motors do Brasil. Victor is a Certified Board Member by IBGC – Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa and also served as the Chairman of the board of one of the largest beverage companies in Brazil as well as a board member for distinguished private companies.
Victor has graduated with distinction recognition a Bachelor of Business Administration at the College of Economics and Administration of Universidade Mackenzie. He further advanced his degree earning an MBA at the Universidade São Paulo. Always striving for excellence, and continuing his post education process, Victor attended the leadership program at Columbia University (New York) and the leadership program at Duke University (Johannesburg, South Africa). Additionally, he has attended the global business forum at University of Miami, and several other seminars in corporate finance (USA), capital markets (USA), and financial engineering (USA). He participated with McKinsey & Company completing courses in valuation and advanced valuation for international corporations.
Debora Conter Audi began her professional life at Lloyds Bank, where she served in the international area of the bank in financing exports and in merchant banking projects.
In the branch of Salvador, she worked in corporate banking dealing with midsize and public sector companies.
At Citibank, where she worked as Manager and Resident Vice President, served in the areas of venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and in corporate restructuring.
At BBA Creditanstalt she worked with mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on government privatizations, in structuring projects for participation in auctions, negotiating with private and public banks for structuring and fundraising.
At Banco Sul America, she worked in the M&A area and participated in business restructuring projects.
As a result of such trajectory, Debora has extensive experience in financial modeling, business analysis, fundraising and corporate restructuring
