Francisco developed his career spanning over 40 years in the financial and energy markets, holding CEO and COO positions in Brazil and other Latin American countries at major global financial institutions such as HSBC, Citigroup, and Santander, as well as at Ecogen Energy Solutions, a subsidiary of the Mitsui group. Francisco held positions in Derivatives, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Banking, and participated in negotiating and executing Mergers and Acquisitions processes throughout his career. Francisco was a board member of Cogen – Energy Cogeneration Industry Association, the Bank Association of Costa Rica, the Bank Association of Paraguay, Bancard Paraguay, and chairman of the board at IPB Pensiones in Costa Rica.
